Isabela started with CSEP as an intern and joined as the full-time Account Executive in 2025 after earning her Master’s Degree in Sports Management at Columbia University. Prior to that she earned a BA in History and Spanish from Kenyon College. Isabela developed a deep passion for sports early on and went on to play collegiate basketball at Kenyon. She brings a strong foundation in communications, athlete management, and client relations to her work with talent and clients.

In her role at CSEP, she supports brand sponsorship and partnership efforts. She helps manage sponsorship logistics, event execution, and brand support for CSEP’s roster of athletes. Her role spans contract management, athlete travel coordination, and the execution of speaking engagements and partnerships.

In addition to her client-facing responsibilities, Isabela contributes to business development through sponsor research, sales material creation, and ongoing lead generation.
