Scott Kirkpatrick

A career defined by big brands and major sports teams

Prior to founding Chicago Sports & Entertainment Partners, Scott was a SVP and U.S. Director of Hill & Knowlton’s sports marketing practice. At Hill & Knowlton, he led the account teams that worked with Allstate and its Olympic, NASCAR and BCS sponsorships; the launch of the Big Ten Network: Chicago 2016 Olympic Bid; the Pittsburgh Pirates; the Tampa Bay Rays; Allianz; adidas; HSBC Women’s World Match Play and others.

 

Prior to joining H&K, Scott was an EVP at Draft Worldwide where he oversaw experiential marketing programs for Canon, Gatorade Energy Bar, Chivas Regal, Bank of America, Camel and Winston. Before Draft, Scott was a SVP at Kemper Sports Marketing working on major golf tournaments (1989 PGA Championship), building a premiere college basketball tournament (1990-98 Maui Invitational) and developing sports marketing programs for NutraSweet, Equal Sweetener, Frontier Communications and The Glenlivet.

 

Scott is a graduate of Middlebury College and earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Scott is an adjunct professor at Northwestern University’s School of Professional Studies in the Master’s in Sports Administration.
