Jennifer is one of the most accomplished kettlebell athletes in the world—a 7-time World Champion and 19-time World Record Holder. If you’re unfamiliar with the sport, think of it as extreme weight lifting. To earn one of her records, she lifted a 35lb kettlebell overhead 1023 consecutive times in 60 minutes. At 43, she consistently outperforms athletes half her age, both men and women, breaking barriers of age, gender, and human potential. Yet, athletics is not what she speaks about.
Her keynote, Mind Over Everything – How New Beliefs Create New Realities, is a powerful narrative about overcoming food addiction and serious health battles to accomplish some extraordinary, and completely unlikely levels of athletic success. With backgrounds in Western and Eastern medicine, biology, and psychology, Jennifer is an expert in mental resilience—both through academic study and hard-earned real-world experience.
